Very very happy indeed. The whole experience from start to finish has been a wonderful process. The staff at Sytner BMW in Newport are fantastic. Rhys Reynolds and Deborah Pritchard are amazing. So professional and so welcoming.

Experience was 5 star as always. But the fault it came in for, couldn't be found. I know therefore i will need to bring the car back again, because it has now been in twice!! The fault doesn't happen everyday, this is the problem.

It would of been a 5 star but as you had my car overnight, it would of been very helpful if you offered me a courtesy car as I had to make other arrangements to get into work the following day.

Left waiting for 2 hours with no update on progress, even though the sales person new we were waiting. Also informed that there was a cut in my front tyre. Had front tyres changed but the mechanic could not find the cut. Did not receive video.
