The sales team were excellent especially MIke Fraser and both Lewis and James who proceeded with the transaction, i found everyone friendly and answered all my questions.

Yeah great, they went above and beyond to deliver the car. Delivering the car to my home and then coming to my work for the paperwork was great as I have a busy job it wouldn't have been possible to get the car without this kind of service.

The lady at reception is always welcoming, pleasant and efficient. The salesman, Sam Jenkins was first class. He listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. The handover of the car was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Meeting and greeting was perfect apart from being kept in the loop as to if my car had arrived and what the problem was as I was told I would be kept updated but I ended up ringing myself. It's just the repair side of things that let it down

Checked in for a service was greeted by the advisor. Picked up during the service that a shock absorber was leaking, the advisor checked with the warranty and the replacement was covered

Technicians disconnected dash cam and in doing so pulled the mount off the windscreen. It now falls off every couple of days. I will have to buy a new adhesive pad. If they had let me know when I dropped the car off I would have taken the cam with me

Great customer service and communication. Far better than my previous dealings with Sytner BMW Newport from 2017-2021. Communication was poor during that time and left far from feeling a valued customer. Nicola was a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with job lot apart from some slight concern as to whether the air conditioning was fully pressurised because the degree of cold air issuing is rather "poor" having to keep the conditioning on full.

The experience was generally good. Comfortable waiting area but a hold-up returning the car due to staff lunch. On booking in I was surprised that on two separate occasions Sytner didn't take account of the pre-paid service package, seeking payment.

The service was fine when I took my car for the recall and it's a nice touch receiving the hub caps as an apology but my address is completely wrong (I'm actually surprised it even got to me) and they're the wrong size for my car.

The service and communication was very good, however the problem with the car has not been fully rectified and will most likely need another visit

Again the tech was superb but the car was booked in with the wrong oil. Only the tech noticed this and changed it for ten correct oil. Had my car have had the wrong oil it may have been disastrous. 4 litre high revving naturally aspirated v8!

Car came back as expected. I shall think twice about coming again, as pricing seems very high. A quote for tires were given, and I could beat that significantly with a quick browse on the internet. Price was matched to within 40 pounds. Not ideal.
