I have attempted contact with both the primary contact from the day and the by email (complaint to contact page), attempted to phone but kept disconnecting after a period of time, regarding damage t my rear passenger side door.

Sophie Flecknell represents the BMW brand very well. I needed help with both the choice of 4 new tyres and also a problem with the air conditioning system. Sophie readily provided assistance and solutions to both issues.

Normally have an ok experience with BMW but felt it was a bit unprofessional this time around. Paid my excess from my extended warranty with no idea what was done to repair my car, I couldn't imagine this happening at another garage.
