I must commend Ross Hoare on his efforts against a very difficult backdrop of not being able to register/tax the car due to problems with the online systems which lasted several days in the lead up to Christmas.

Technician did not have adequate knowledge of the N53 engine and common fuel injector faults. Misdiagnosed my car requiring new spark plugs. Did not want a discussion and wanted £500 for new spark plugs. Also refused to provide diagnosis report.

Car only 8 weeks old, and Sytner could or would not supply a courtesy car when it required the car for a complete day. My journey by bus entails 2 buses and a mile walk, at 75 years of age i was expecting a courtesy car.

I notified on booking MOT and online day before booking that I had a passenger side daytime light fault and to pls replace. However after a long wait I was told it had failed on this light.? I was advised not in stock so I had a 34ml return trip.!

The only criticism i have is that when we picked the vehicle up we were kept waiting.When the car was booked in i said we would wait and was told 1/12 - 2 hours.We went back after 2 hours and we were kept waiting about 40 minutes.

I'm generally happy with the service experience but one of the advisories was not accurate. I was advised that there was a nail in the near side rear tyre, but when I took the car to have checked there was only a small stone lodged in the tread!!
