I must commend Ross Hoare on his efforts against a very difficult backdrop of not being able to register/tax the car due to problems with the online systems which lasted several days in the lead up to Christmas.

The saleman respected my opinions and understood my requirements. Most impirtantly there wasnt any sign of sexism e.g little woman buying a large vehcicle which I have experienced in the past at other dealerships

The only criticism i have is that when we picked the vehicle up we were kept waiting.When the car was booked in i said we would wait and was told 1/12 - 2 hours.We went back after 2 hours and we were kept waiting about 40 minutes.
