The young lady who set it up rang me the day before to remind me, whilst there I was offered coffee & treated exceptionally well

Always a warm welcome from the front desk lady and Josh on the service desk is always accommodating and gets things done.
Failed to return calls left 5 hours ago and had to chase up for updates. Again, not impressed considering the cost I paid for a new car. Not proactive and too casual with their customer interatcion.
See above regarding the removal of a set of keys from my BMW??

Very happy with the service, but disapointed that the communications between my car management company (Pendragon) and BMW. The brake service work should have been sorted between them selves and not left for me to rearrange the work.

Car was in for a complimentary "1yr birthday" check and clean. Had to wait a bit too long imo to get my car back (almost 45 minutes)
Car wasn't cleaned, inside or out, the brake squeal was not sorted out and I waited 20 minutes to be served despite having been asked to attend 30 minutes after planned at 10am and arriving at precisely the time required. Another issue was unresolved
The recall process was very smotth
Car went in for an oil service and needed an update on navy system, left 1hour later than expected.
Inspection and valet was completed on my car in a timely manner. I was asked if I would like to change the brake fluid but wasn't made aware that this wasn't under warranty until I asked. It would be worth saying this early on in the consultation.

Follow up service is very poor. Not convinced the problems I put the car in to be looked at was actioned. I was assured there was nothing up with the battery and still awaiting a call reference the wheel hubs. I never been ignored three times of call
The staff are nice. You don't need the middle person. My wife had to wait 30 minutes to give the car keys in. Why can't we just liaise with the mechanics directly. Presumably this would be cheaper.
Everything was done and finished on time
I was charged £650 for a new vacuum pump and had to take the car back the next day as the engine management warning light reappeared. Then I was told that the vacuum pump sensor was faulty and was replaced free of charge Was that the original fault ?
On my last visit to enquire about tyres, the staff were friendly and answered my questions. However, you are asking nearly twice the cost per tyre as the garage down the road, which is shocking given their price.
You did what I expected you to do.
Because they fixed all my issues under warranty even the wearing parts that were broke due to a fault with a non wearing part.
My service experience wasn't so great. Service took all day wen they said it would be 45 mins. Also no adblue was put in my car.

All the staff I engaged with were friendly, helpful and professional. The VDU system in my car was fixed...I was given regular updates on the service progress by Nicola, she managed my expectations of time taken to complete the service very well
With the above in mind, I have scored accordingly for servicing. Service from the sales department and front desk service staff has always been good.
Whilst not the fault of the service manager, the car wasn't cleaned or valeted due to lack of staff which is disappointing on a £450 service.
Nicola Inker is just fantastic at keeping everything in order and myself and other customers informed .

Taking delivery of a top quality vehicle from a top quality dealership which provided top quality customer service throughout! My answer to question 1 says it all...consistency is the key to regularly exceeding customer expectations!

'Birthday' valeting of car was ok but not at same standard achieved when valeted at home. Surprised when rep started to discuss vehicle health check info with my husband rather than with me and that she offered to move my car to 'save me struggling'!

From booking in, service and car being returned cleaned an excellent all round service was provided.

Very good service from Kerry in service. However car was not ready when I went to collect it at 5.40pm despite being apparently booked in for valet that morning. So very shoddy wash done!

Did what they offered
As already mentioned above, always a good team to deal with. They go out of their way to ensure that your car is being looked after professionally and that you are always made aware of anything that needs to be done.
All members involved gave me excellent service
I seem to have a squeak on the front right wheel and also squeaky brakes, i did raise this when checking in however the problem still persists, when collecting the car I waited to speak with Rebecca for 20 mins in the end another rep handed me my key
Latest repair has also addressed the rattling noise that was previously prevalent

Ceri worked very hard to get new tyres available that day, and did so. She also arranged to have bodyshop work carried out while the car was waiting for tyres. The car was available on time for collection. I was kept informed throughout

Fantastic help booking my car in for a part replacement. Greeted at the door where was offered a drink while I wait. Constant contact throughout the day and the fault was explained. Fix same day and felt that nothing I asked was too much.
The car had the dash cam fitted as arranged on the second occasion and I went home without any comments on how the thing worked. On arrival at home I went to investigate the large number of hand prints on the rear screen. The story continues.

There was a 20 minute wait before service advisor available to book car in, which is why only 4 stars for the experience. Booking in process should be reviewed to reduce waiting time for customers given the early morning rush to deposit vehicles.
I had two issues - one resolved very well but the other left with them to get further information and so far nothing forthcoming!

I received a courtesy call lunchtime to advise Car was going down to workshop, I then record a call around 5pm to day completed work and Ok to collect. However, no courtesy wash and vacuum which was disappointing.
We were completely satisfied and as a matter of fact were totally in awe of the staff from day One and that never changed. They all done you very proud in my opinion.

Being a disabled customer was disappointed to find cars without blue badges taking up disabled spaces. Sometimes found it difficult to park close to entrance.
